"My coaching philosophy is that the development of student-athletes both on and off the court is my most important job as a coach. High school coaches have to get their players ready for the rest of their life. That may mean to be ready to play in college, to be ready to attend college, to be ready to join the workforce or to be ready to be an extraordinary human being. Our program has to be able to do all of these things for our student-athletes, I believe ours does."
"My coaching philosophy has taken shape from ALL of my experiences as a player and coach. I have taken something from all of my coaches and some of my teammates to form my philosophy."
"The advantage of being a Holy Trinity student-athlete is that we have the best combination of opportunity and competitiveness. There is a ton of opportunity for student-athletes to make a team or get playing time but at the same time, our programs have a lot of success.
"My best moment as a Holy Trinity coach is every time one of our former players comes back and tells me how much of a positive effect our program has had on their lives after high school."
"My advice to current middle school student-athletes is to have a mindset to always keep improving. None of us are finished products. I have seen so many players get better in their careers as players, students and people over the years and that to me is a success. Be the best version of yourself that you can be."
