Susan Cassidy-Lyke has dedicated herself to a life of service in all of the various communities she is a part of. Cassidy-Lyke has been the Director of Athletics and Head Softball Coach at Molloy University since 2006, ushering in a new era of success and growth for the institution. Since her arrival, the department has added eight sports, including five for women, and has seen 19 conference championships, four regional championships, and appeared in 23 NCAA Tournaments in addition to a multitude of awards recognizing the student-athlete’s commitment to community service. Prior to Molloy, Cassidy-Lyke served as head softball coach Holy Trinity Diocesan High School for 15 years. The Titans captured nine CHSAA titles and four New York State Championships, winning 287 games. Cassidy-Lyke was a member of the New York Police Department, retiring as a captain after over 20 years of service. Her son, Jack, is a freshman at Holy Trinity.
